After being awarded The Autism Friendly Award from the National Autistic Society for all the JORVIK Group of Attractions, we have committed to making JORVIK Viking Festival as accessible as possible.

We want to welcome all guests with disabilities and access needs and have committed to expanding our award-winning access provisions. Some of our provisions include:

  • traffic light sticker system
  • ear defenders
  • accessible areas
  • sensory bags
  • dog bowls
  • level entrances

We also have accessibility guides available for all our attractions as do some of our partner venues.

Please note that not all provisions are available at all locations. If you have any questions, please email us at We’re happy to help.
